Once your rent is received from the tenant, we'll transfer it to your bank account within five business days. If your tenant falls into 2 months payment arrears, subject to our Terms of Business, your rent (up to max £2,500 per month for 6 months) will be assured and paid by us.

No, the Essential Rent Protection benefit is a conditional guarantee between LettingaProperty.com and you as per the obligations of our Essential Plan Terms of Business. We will settle any rent payments due to you according to these agreed terms. 

For additional peace of mind, we can arrange an annual landlord home emergency cover for £240. This is useful for when emergencies arise such as boiler breakdown, electrical failure, plumbing leaks etc. Cover would be in place for up to £500 per tradesperson call-out with zero excess. Before your tenancy ends, our team will be in touch with you to find out whether you would like to renew with your existing tenants. If you would like to renew your agreement, we'll talk to your tenants and organise the renewal for £79 inc vat. If you would like to find new tenants, we will issue notice to have your property returned to you. It costs £99 to relist your property on our partner websites - Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.

Yes, this service is complimentary and involves us having to liaise with all parties including the Deposit Protection Service during disputes. For all other plans the cost of this service is £99 inc vat.
